1. What is the difference between an attar and a perfume spray?

Attars are concentrated perfume oils that are applied directly to the skin using a small amount of oil. Perfume sprays are fragrance compositions designed to be sprayed on the skin or clothing for wider projection. At Qaffra, we offer both premium attars and perfume sprays to suit different fragrance preferences and occasions.

2. Are Qaffra attars alcohol-free?

Yes. Most Qaffra attars are alcohol-free concentrated perfume oils. Our perfume sprays, however, contain cosmetic-grade alcohol, which helps provide better projection and even fragrance distribution.

3. Are Qaffra fragrances natural or synthetic?

Qaffra offers a carefully curated collection of both natural and synthetic fragrances. Depending on the fragrance, our products may contain natural ingredients, high-quality aroma molecules, or a combination of both. Every Qaffra fragrance is selected for its quality, performance, and long-lasting scent experience. Product descriptions clearly mention the fragrance type whenever applicable.

4. How long do Qaffra attars and perfume sprays last?

Longevity depends on the fragrance composition, skin type, weather, and application method. 5. How should I apply attar?

Apply one or two small dabs to pulse points such as the wrists, neck, behind the ears, and inner elbows. Since attars are highly concentrated, a small amount is enough to enjoy the fragrance throughout the day.

6. How should I apply perfume spray?

Hold the bottle approximately 15–20 cm (6–8 inches) away from your skin and spray on pulse points such as the neck, wrists, and chest. Avoid rubbing the fragrance after spraying to allow it to develop naturally.

7. How should I store my attar or perfume?

Store your fragrances in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and humidity. Always keep the bottle tightly closed after use to help preserve the fragrance's quality, freshness, and longevity.

Perfume sprays can usually be applied to clothing from a suitable distance. Attars should be applied carefully to fabrics because concentrated oils may stain delicate or light-colored garments.

18. Why does the same fragrance smell different on different people?

Every person's skin chemistry, body temperature, environment, and application method are different. These factors can affect how a fragrance develops, smells, and lasts.

19. Do you ship across India?

Yes. Qaffra delivers attars and perfume sprays to most serviceable locations across India.

20. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability.

21. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery.

22. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for selected PIN codes, subject to courier service availability.

23. What are the shipping charges?

We don't charge any shipping charges on prepaid orders but we charge Rs 80 on Cash On Delivery (COD).

24. Can I return an opened attar or perfume?

For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened fragrances cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

25. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact Qaffra Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

26. Can I exchange a fragrance if I don't like the scent?

Because fragrance preferences are personal, we generally do not offer exchanges for opened products. We recommend trying smaller sizes first whenever available.

27. How are refunds processed?

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the order and payment method.
